A drive shaft transmits the driving force from the differential to a truck's wheel. The component rotates along with the driven axle. Its length and design must match the vehicle's axle type.
At Philevi Truckparts, you’ll find drive shafts for DAF, Iveco, MAN, Renault , and Volvo. The selection also includes versions for axles with a differential lock, often referred to as a “lock.” Compare the part number and version with the drive shaft in your truck. Also check to make sure it fits the differential.

RenaultA driveshaft connects the differential to the wheel drive. This transmits power from the engine to the wheel.
The solid shaft has teeth that fit into the corresponding parts. These teeth are also called splines. The shape, number of teeth, and dimensions vary by model.
The drive shaft must be able to transmit the drive force and fit properly with the other components. Damaged teeth or a broken drive shaft can disrupt the drive.
Noises or play may indicate a problem, but they are not always caused by the driveshaft. Therefore, have the differential and its associated components inspected before replacing a driveshaft.
Compare the original part number, also known as the OEM number. Also check the make, vehicle model, and type of driven axle.
Pay attention to the overall length, diameter, and teeth. Also compare the mounting on the wheel side. Check whether the thru-axle is intended for the left or right side and whether the model is suitable for an axle with a lock. Thru-axles that look similar are not always interchangeable.
When replacing the part, have the teeth and associated components inspected for wear or damage. Also check the seals for any oil leaks.
Install the through-axle according to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions. Use the specified fasteners and torque settings. After installation, check the oil level if required for that particular axle.
At Philevi Truckparts, you can view and compare drive axles for various truck brands. Check the part number, model, and listed condition for each product. For products labeled “with differential lock,” make sure they are compatible with your vehicle.
Not sure which through-axle is the right fit? Please contact us. Include the vehicle details, the part number, and a photo of the existing through-axle. Also include the AS code and the dimensions, if you have them.
Compare the OEM number on your old part with the number listed for the product. If you're unsure, send us a photo or the VIN via WhatsApp, and we'll check it for you.
"New" comes directly from the manufacturer and includes a manufacturer's warranty. "Refurbished" has been rebuilt and is more affordable than "new." "Used" has been removed from a truck and is the most affordable option.
